Pimp my TextMate
So I’ve been getting a little bored with TextMate of late but there is no way I’m moving to another product, cos frankly, it is the best.
After a bit of research and going through old tweets I’ve managed to tweak the look and feel of TextMate just enough to make things exciting again.
Mr. Buchanan tweeted a while ago about a plugin for TextMate called Project Plus. This nifty plugin adds some sweet sweet design foo to the project drawer making it less of a draw and more of a side bar. It pulls through various Finder features like file labels. Along with the sexy new look it also adds support for several version control systems - including SVN. You can get Project Plus here.
I’ve also added another UI tweak which adds a subtle gradient to the folding block indicators. You can do the same by downloading this dmg and following the instructions.
